Rodrigo Brossier

Rodrigo is Managing Partner at Balandra. Rodrigo serves as board member of Birdman and Maguey Spirits. He also co-chairs Balandra’s Investment Committee and previously held a board position at Lululemon Mexico. He has over 15 years of private equity and investment banking experience. 

Prior to Balandra, Rodrigo served as Head of Strategy & Alternative Investments at Tresalia Capital, where he led investments, day-to-day operations, and value creation for portfolio companies. He also held board roles at Lululemon Mexico, KIO, Aliat, Medistik, and Tory Burch, and chaired finance committees.

Earlier in his career, Rodrigo worked at Goldman Sachs and BBVA, gaining transaction experience across industries and products, including M&A and global capital markets. 

Rodrigo holds a Master’s in Finance from London Business School and a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana.
